Bespoke luxury helps introduce the new Bentley Continental stateside.
Bentley is celebrated for its lineup and century-long heritage of stately luxury vehicles that combine spirited driving character with elegant style and sumptuous accommodations. However, it’s entered a new chapter, continuing along its Beyond100 journey by retiring the iconic W12 high-performance engine and replacing it with its new Ultra Performance Hybrid powertrain. This new setup combines a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with a hybrid system for 771 horsepower and 738 lb/ft of torque, which has made its first appearance in the new, redesigned 2025 Bentley Continental GT Speed.
As the highly anticipated Monterey Car Week begins on the idyllic West Coast, Bentley is now introducing the new hybrid Continental GT Speed to the United States with a spectacular debut, which comes in the form of a bespoke example of the latest high-performance grand tourer. The United States is Bentley’s largest market, precisely why the historic luxury manufacturer decided to make a splash at this year’s Monterey Car Week.
At The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, one of the most prestigious events at this year’s Monterey Car Week, Bentley will show off a new 2025 Continental GT Speed with bespoke details by Mulliner, Bentley’s bespoke division that is responsible for special editions, client commissions, unique luxury details, and even coach built offerings like the Bacalar, Batur, Batur Convertible, and the revived classic Blower and Speed Six Continuation Series cars.
The special bespoke Continental GT Speed that is coming to The Quail will feature Orange Flame Satin exterior paintwork, with gloss black brightware and 22-inch black wheels. A sports exhaust system adds exceptional sound to the car’s striking visuals. Inside, sound continues to be an area where the bespoke Bentley excels, equipped with the Naim for Bentley audio system. Personal Commissioning details from Mulliner can be seen throughout the bespoke car’s Gravity Grey interior, including diamond quilting, contrast stitching, and piano finishes in the same Gravity Grey color. Mandarin accents bring the striking exterior color in and make the configuration beautifully seamless.
The new bespoke car will lead a spectacular debut effort for the new 2025 Bentley Continental GT Speed in the United States. A fleet of 30 examples will arrive on the shores to start a nationwide dealer tour to show off the new car, especially its innovative and futuristic Ultra Performance Hybrid powertrain, to clients. Alongside the Speed Six Continuation Series and the Bentley Heritage Collection’s 1-of-15 1961 S2 Drophead Coupe, the new 2025 Continental GT Speed makes Bentley’s presence at Monterey Car Week 2024 impossible to ignore.
