Whether you love to mix your own drinks or go somewhere where everybody knows your name, there are some classic cocktails that reign supreme and certainly should be on your list of drinks instead of the trendy new drops. Everybody’s ‘classic’ list differs somewhat, from Negronis to martinis, but here we take a look at four Classic cocktails you need to master.
Try a spin on the bourbon old fashioned with this one made using Dewar’s 15 Scotch Whisky.

In a mixing glass add all ingredients over ice. Stir until the ice dilutes (about 20 seconds). Strain over cubed ice or a large cube. Garnish with lemon and orange peels.
While gin martinis are still in vogue, try the new Broken Shed vodka martini. Shaken not stirred, as 007 so aptly said.

The big brother to the Negroni thanks to its more direct flavor profile and spirits, the Boulevardier is a true classic when made with Russell’s Reserve 10 Year bourbon.

Combine all spirits in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake well (30 seconds). Strain into chilled rocks glass over a single large cube or ice round. Garnish with orange slice.
