Vectors are pretty rare cars to come by, and that’s probably because, well… there aren’t many of them out there. And this that’s being auctioned up by Nellis Auction is one of the rarest examples of a Vector automobile.
Being auctioned on Nellis Auction’s website is a very rare 1996 Vector M12. This car is just one of 14 that were ever produced, meaning you have probably never seen one before unless you frequently travel to car shows across the USA. Produced after Megatech bought a controlling interest in Vector Motors, the M12 shares many similarities with the Lamborghini Diablo. Megatech could use Diablo parts because they actually owned Automobili Lamborghini at the time.

One of the greatest Diablo parts that the M12 borrowed was its massive 5.7-liter V12 engine that produced 492 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque. When it was unveiled, it was able to run 0 to mph in 4.8 seconds and hit a top speed of around 190 mph. The Vector M12 was, during its production run, one of the quickest cars in the world.

Now, you can own a pristine example of one of the wildest cars created in the United States. It’s been hidden in a Las Vegas local’s garage for decades, but now it needs a new home. To contact for more information, be sure to call Rick Pomeroy at 678-206-8983. Click the button below to learn more!
