Terradyne teamed up with Club Supercars Canada/SCC Autosport to build a custom GURKHA LAPV. Don’t swerve off the road in awe if you see this LAPV cruising the streets or hauling one of SCC Autosport’s Praga, Ferrari, Norma or Radical race cars to their next race.
This 2018 GURKHA LAPV build features a personalized interior with seating for up to five occupants with additional cargo space at the rear. Creature comforts in this armored vehicle include power adjustable seats, power adjustable door glass, remote power locks, front & rear vision system, upgraded infotainment system and wireless headphones.
The exterior is painted Granite Gray in a matte finish with black accented components and tinted transparent armor. The roof is configured with an emergency escape hatch and additional lighting from Rigid Industries for any offroad adventures. The LAPV is powered by a 6.7L V8 turbo diesel engine producing 330 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque. This beast rolls on 41 inch Michelin XZL tires and Fox shocks on all corners to provide an improved ride quality.
SCC Autosport is a full-service motorsports facility and the racing division of Club Supercars Canada. Services are provided through membership only with its own infrastructure for transport and hospitality and dedicated crew for track support and driver coaching.
With locations in both Florida and Ontario, members range from across the US and Canada and get to track at most major racing venues in North America. The premise of the club is to maintain the feasibility of the sport to our members by accommodating multiple drivers. A full arrive and drive experience in their own race car has also made race ownership easier.
