Despite their rarity and unbelievable craftsmanship, Bugattis aren’t afraid to hit the road.
Many cars that are as desirable as Bugattis are collectors’ pieces, bought and sold for incredible amounts of money and carefully kept in garages to rarely ever see real driving action. However, Bugatti says that its hypercars are designed to be driven, hence the Bugatti Grand Tour, a yearly driving experience for Bugatti owners to experience the incomparable luxury and power of their hypercars. This year, the Bugatti Grand Tour comes to the island of Sardinia.

A convoy of Bugattis, including Veyrons, Chirons, and even the 10-example Centodieci, embarked on a three-day journey, starting at Sardinia’s Baglioni Resort, and traveling inland to search for traces of Sardinia’s ancient history in the form of nuraghe as well as 3,000-year-old stone buildings. After arriving at the Su Gologone Experience Hotel, the journey set off yet again with Hotel Carlos V as the destination, and the final day brought the tour back to its starting point. After covering around 447 miles, the tour came to an end. It turned out to be a stunning gathering and a rare event of nearly two dozen Bugatti hypercars coming together to experience the Bugatti lifestyle: “La Vie en Bleu,” to the fullest.
