Building any car is a complicated and difficult task, but even more so when the car is hand-built and a rolling work of art. For the new 2017 Ford GT, there are many builders working throughout the day to create the new-age American supercar.
To give us a glimpse at what it takes to build the new Ford GT, Turn 10 Studios visited and filmed their visit to the factory where the supercar is being built. In the video, found below, you'll be walked through just about every stage of the car's production process. Two of the most interesting things mentioned in the video is the way the Heritage Edition is painted and the "monsoon test" that each car undergoes before it's shipped of to its respective customer.
It takes a lot of work to build the Ford GT, but I'd sure like to shake each worker's hand and thank them for creating what is now my dream car.
