Celebrating the upcoming release of The Gran Turismo 7, fashion experts at Dior are proud to collaborate with game developers on a virtual capsule collection. The Dior capsule collection features a virtual race hemet, suit, gloves, boots, and special-edition car that will be featured in The Gran Turismo 7 game.

The amount of thought that went into the design of Dior’s custom race fit is astonishing, incorporating meticulous details such as the Dior oblique motif, CD diamond initials, and a ‘Christian Dior Atelier Avenue Montaigne’ patch. Along with a vibrant grey and yellow outfit that pays homage to early 60s and 70s French motorsports, Dior presents an extremely limited edition De Tomaso Mangusta to the game series. The cream-colored Mangusta is a nod to the Dior Parfums ads from the 60s to the 80s which perfectly compliments the character’s look. As a final touch, the number “47” appears on the driver’s silhouette and the race car, as a tribute to the year 1947 which was the year of Christian Dior’s first trail-blazing fashion show.
