The hybrid Lamborghini Urus shows off its performance mettle.
Lamborghini has spent the past few years revamping its lineup, electrifying its ultra-performance cars with hybrid vehicles that show off unprecedented efficiency and performance alike. However, Lamborghini’s popular Super SUV, the Urus, also received a hybrid transformation as the Lamborghini Urus SE. With its plug-in hybrid powertrain including a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, it’s the most powerful Lamborghini Urus yet, and it made its anticipated dynamic debut at the Nardò Technical Center.
Showing off its performance on the same proving grounds on which it was developed, the Lamborghini Urus SE took on the Strada Bianca, a legendary off-road track within the Nardò Technical Center. With its incredible agility and off-road capability, drivers were able to drift the hybrid super SUV, and handle it on challenging terrain with ease.
The debut event was also supported by Lamborghini’s tire partner, Pirelli, who proudly supplies the tire range for the new Lamborghini Urus SE, consisting of P Zero tires for 21, 22, and 23-inch wheel sizes, and a Scorpion Winter 2 tire for 22-inch wheels. The range of tires is optimized for all of the characteristics of the Urus SE, including all-electric driving, showing off the 37-mile all-electric driving range that the Urus SE boasts. With efficiency, luxury, and high performance both on and off-road, the Lamborghini Urus SE made its official dynamic debut as an incredible electrified super SUV from the Fighting Bull.
