GH Vehicles has delivered the first Nardone 928 production car, marking a major milestone for the reborn grand tourer. The car was ordered through GH Vehicles, and the second production 928 is already in assembly, also coordinated by the team, underscoring GH’s role as the U.S. partner guiding clients through ordering and timelines.
Nardone’s approach blends restoration of the 928 with a comprehensive re-engineering, featuring more than 3,000 newly created parts, bringing the car into a modern performance envelope while preserving the transaxle GT’s identity. The production car features an all-carbon body, redesigned front and rear axles, active electronic suspension, a quicker-ratio power steering rack, Brembo braking, and motorsport-grade wiring. Wheels are 18-inch forged “manhole” style, chosen to suit the wider stance. Inside, the cabin is fully reworked with leather or Phasa-reimagined Alcantara options and an 11-speaker hi-res audio system.
Nardone 928 Specs
- Bodywork: Carbon fiber panels over a widened stance; redesigned front/rear axles.
- Powertrain: 5.0L NA V8, 450 hp / 522 Nm, Motec ECU.
Transmission: Custom 6-speed with mechanical LSD; near-200 bespoke internal parts in the gearbox program.
Chassis: Active electronic suspension; quicker-ratio power steering rack; Brembo brakes.
Wheels/Tires: 18″ forged “manhole” wheels; Michelin tires.

Under the hood, the build centers on a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 rated at 450 hp and 522 Nm of torque (around 385 lb-ft), managed by a Motec ECU. This is mated to a custom 6-speed gearbox with a mechanical limited-slip differential. The drivetrain and chassis upgrades transform the 928’s grand-touring character into something far sharper without sacrificing long-distance composure.
Nardone’s program stands on a world-class bench of partners. Podium Advanced Technologies leads build technology and vehicle engineering; BorromeodeSilva shapes design and interiors; Italtecnica develops the V8; Involute supports build technology; and Michelin supplies tires. It’s a deep roster that explains the leap from concept to production-ready execution.

For American buyers intrigued by the 928’s modern second life, GH Vehicles is the U.S. contact point. The first customer delivery flowed through GH from specification to handover, and the next car in assembly is also a GH-managed order, proving that the team can translate a complex, Europe-built project into a clear stateside process with reliable timelines and communication.
