The future of Acura is being shown at Monterey Car Week.

Precision is one of the biggest hallmarks of the Acura brand, and that’s why it’s the name of Acura’s upcoming concept car, the Precision EV Concept, which will show what Acura’s electrified era will look, feel, and sound like. Acura says that the new concept car will preview the brand’s upcoming design language specifically for the electrified era of the brand with styling that has electric powertrains in mind. The concept will be revealed at Monterey Car Week on August 18, and the teaser photo that Acura has released shows a small preview of what it will look like.

While we see many design elements that are featured on current Acura models, like the signature Acura Chicane headlights and pattern of the grille, much of it is more dramatic and changed to reflect the electric car, like the grille being illuminated. The countdown begins before Acura reveals its Precision EV Concept and shows its shocking new look, feel, and driving capability as a brand.
