A la Rolling Stones, Brabus, among other things, takes a KTM Super Duke and paints it black.

There isn’t a Mercedes-Benz or even a Smart car that you can trace the new Brabus 1300R’s roots to, but that’s because it’s Brabus’ first motorcycle. Since Mercedes-Benz happens not to have a motorbike to offer, Brabus has partnered with KTM, and based the new 1300R off of a KTM 1290 Super Duke R Evo. In typical Brabus fashion, the bike is finished in two foreboding color schemes, one primarily black and the other primarily red. Only 77 of each will be made, adding rarity to what is already an amazing bike.

Being a naked bike, the Brabus 1300R is light, weighing just over 427 pounds, and 180 horsepower with such light weight means that the 1300R can get from 0-60 to 3.2 seconds. Along with that, the bike has a semi-active suspension with six damping modes, ranging from a comfortable setting to an advanced setting for the ultimate speed and dynamism. And with an anti-wheelie function and the Quickshifter+, the 1300R wastes none of its power and gets straight to going, and going fast. With only 154 being made, it’s bound to sell out fast as well.
