This collector-grade masterpiece of automotive history has a new home.

Aston Martin recently celebrated its 110th anniversary as a manufacturer, and with so much history, it had to celebrate its long-standing legacy with an homage to everything that makes it great. Its answer to that: the Valour. Going beyond just the car itself, the Aston Martin Valour is a captivating love letter to much of what makes performance cars great, and also a bittersweet goodbye as the automotive industry as a whole undergoes sweeping changes.

The Aston Martin Valour will likely be one of the last cars in the world to be powered by a front-mounted V12 engine and paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and along with that, it features a stunning retro-inspired design, complete with louvers on the rear window and an aggressive silhouette that evokes the 70s.

It combines formidable power and performance innovation with a purist feel, luxurious materials, and artisan bespoke craftsmanship, and a stunning example of the ultra-exclusive British luxury performance machine, of which only 110 will be made, to commemorate 110 years of Aston Martin, was just delivered to a customer by Exclusive Automotive Group in Ashburn, Virginia.

Finished in the striking, deep hue of Storm Purple, the exterior of this Aston Martin Valour adds an extra dose of head-turning factor with light gold accents. Opening the hood reveals the 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine, the heart of the beast. The Valour’s incredible elegance, however, continues in the interior, which pairs performance-oriented exposed carbon fiber with serene white leather and exquisite woven upholstery.

Small details indicate the incredible level of craftsmanship involved in creating this bespoke masterpiece, like purple leather accents inside that echo the exterior, and bronze wheels that evoke the car’s nostalgic ethos. With only 110 examples being made of the Aston Martin Valour, this stunning example already stands out as one of the most excellent, and if enthusiasts’ favorite trappings of performance cars must give way to the future, this car shows that Aston Martin said goodbye in the most reverent and admirable way possible.
