It’s still not an easy time to be a part of the automotive industry, however when it comes to the luxury and performance space, the Audi Group has managed to excel in a difficult time, and with the Audi Group’s announcement of its financial performance for the fiscal year of 2022, that success is certainly continuing. Despite deliveries that are less than 2021’s number, other measures of success continue to show that Audi is as strong as ever, and so are all of its brands.

The Audi Group consists of Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Ducati, and in total, 1,638,638 vehicles were delivered in the 2022 fiscal year by the combined group. Electric vehicles are increasingly contributing to that compared to last year, and as a result, revenue increased by an incredible 16.4 percent, and operating profit increased by 37.3 percent, coming up to a soaring $8.14 billion. For the third year in a row, Bentley celebrated a record number of deliveries, with Ducati also celebrating a record number of deliveries. With a great year in the books, Audi and its brands plan to continue dominating the auto industry in 2023.
