It doesn’t feel like much time has passed since Audi introduced the Q8 for the 2019 model year. The “coupe SUV” featured a stylish profile as well as luxurious appointments and sporty character, especially in its SQ8 and RS Q8 iterations. However, Audi has decided that it’s time for the Q8 to get a fresh face and has announced that a new, revamped version of the celebrated model will be unveiled soon.

September 5 is when Audi plans to lift the curtains on this new Q8, which promises a refreshed appearance, new headlights and taillights, and a broader range of options for increased individualization, character, and style.

Earlier, Audi reconfigured the nomenclature of the e-tron SUV by relaunching it as the Audi Q8 e-tron, available as both an SUV and a sportback body style, and this revamp of the original Audi Q8 model may be what brings the two models together as a complete and comprehensive Audi Q8 family.

The Q8 e-tron serves as Audi’s flagship electric SUV offering, while the Q8 also represents the flagship SUV in Audi’s lineup. With its modern style, sumptuous appointments, wide range of options, and available high-performance variants, it’s a formidable contender in the highly competitive arena of luxury SUVs, as well as luxury coupe-style SUVs. This new version is sure to have what it takes to come out on top of the pack.
