Automobili Pininfarina wraps up an exciting 2024.
With a lineup of groundbreaking all-electric hypercars that combine luxury, gorgeous design, and cutting-edge engineering technology, Automobili Pininfarina is one of the most intriguing manufacturers in today’s automotive industry, and 2024 proved to be a highly successful year for the young brand. New clients, a coachbuilt masterpiece, and a collaboration with one of the most iconic comic book heroes in history made up the highlights of Automobili Pininfarina’s amazing ventures this past year, and 2025 promises to raise the bar even higher.
With a mission of ‘Dream Cars, Made Real,’ Automobili Pininfarina took the opportunity to show off its hypercars at last year’s Monterey Car Week, with 10 Automobili Pininfarina vehicles participating in a drive around the stunning coastal California area. In addition, the Pininfarina Battista Targamerica, the one-off coachbuilt open-top Battista that was delivered to basketball legend Michael Jordan, was unveiled, including features like a built-in cigar humidor.
The Battista Reversario was revealed, reflecting the Battista Aniversario and echoing the personality of its client. The Battista Cinquantacinque was unveiled as well, paying homage to the 1955 Lancia Florida, a favorite design of Battista Farina. However, one of the most exciting projects Automobili Pininfarina participated in in 2024 was its collaboration with Wayne Enterprises, a luxury lifestyle brand centered around the celebrated fictional character of Bruce Wayne, and of course, his superhero alter ego, Batman. The collaboration resulted in four bespoke Automobili Pininfarina hypercars, a “Gotham” and a “Dark Knight” bespoke edition of both the Pininfarina Battista and the radical barchetta, the Pininfarina B95.
Automobili Pininfarina also expanded its retail network in 2024, announcing retail spaces in Tokyo, Čeladná, Czech Republic, and Braman Automobili Pininfarina of Palm Beach in South Florida. With 2024 bringing such excitement to the new hypercar manufacturer, anticipation builds further for 2025, for which Automobili Pininfarina has promised new vehicles and more global expansion.
