Bentley Apprentices Rebuild 1923 Engine

Before you go trying to rebuild your engine, take a look at what Bentley has accomplished. Engine # 212 was originally installed in Chassis 209 before heading to a coachbuilder for a custom body. As part of their 100th anniversary, Bentley Apprentices rebuilt the 1923 engine,

It has been on display at the Royal Artillery School for 70 years, so it needed almost everything. Pistons, rods, valves, and the crank were either polished or replaced, and the head was decked with modern CNC machines.
