With decades of history happening within its walls, the Heritage Garage is a Bentley fan’s paradise.

Bentley has over a century of history under its belt, and in preserving that history, an incredible collection of 42 cars has been amassed spanning the most important moments across those 103 years, the Bentley Heritage Collection. The new Bentley Heritage Garage will feature 22 of the cars from the Heritage Collection, and go on to include cars built at Crewe from 1946 onwards. Visitors to Bentley’s Crewe factory will have the ultimate historical Bentley experience, with a display that will eventually feature an unbroken chain of Crewe-built Bentleys. The CWI House display will be reworked to feature 1919-1931 Bentleys as well as Derby-era models from 1931-1939, and the 8 race cars in the Bentley Heritage Collection will form a separate display.

The 1930’s brick factory space where the Heritage Garage is located was once the ‘project forum’ where cars like the 2003 Continental GT were developed. Natural light pours into the space showing off the display of Bentley legacy in its full glory. As much of Bentley’s efforts have been geared towards futuristic pursuits, especially since the announcement of the Beyond100 plan for the brand, an important aspect of it is history, as Bentley wants to remain reminded as a brand of the cars, engineering, and philosophies that brought the brand to what it is today. Spanning all the way to recent memory, all of Bentley’s past 103 years at the top of the luxury car world were important to its present and future.
