The new Bentley Residences Miami tower gives a new meaning to getting a lift.

The inaugural Bentley Residences tower in Miami is going to be completed in 2026, and even though this residential tower might not be a Bentley car, Bently simply had to cater to the automotive lifestyle with the project. To do that, Bentley and its partner in the tower, Dezer Development, devised a way in which every apartment in the 61-story high rise would come with a garage for up to 4 cars in each unit, eliminating the compromise of living in an apartment tower as a car enthusiast.

At the center of this solution, and at the center of the building, is the Dezervator, named after Dezer Development, an elevator that allows cars to be lifted from the road and to their owners’ apartments quickly and easily. Each resident will have a 3 or 4-car garage, with the option for EV charging points all the way to the 61st floor. With RFID stickers placed on each resident’s cars, they will be guided by lights to the Dezervator that goes to their floor upon arrival to the building. Family and friends will be able to park their cars in an underground parking facility when visiting Bentley Residences. With Bentley Residences offering virtual reality tours of the future property, users of the virtual reality tour are now able to experience the Dezervator, along with the apartments and their balcony swimming pools, cinema, game room, wellness center and spa, whisky bar, and communal areas of the building. The Sales Gallery in Sunny Isles Beach in Miami is open to visitors, where visitors can experience the details of the anticipated tower, as well as tour a full-size 6,000-sqft model unit. Coming in 2026, Bentley Residences Miami will elevate the luxury automotive lifestyle.
