EB.02 debuted back in September, almost a year after the record-breaking run. The bottle is designed to mimic the design of a new Bugatti Chiron for sale, and it is filled with 2006 blanc de blancs Grand Cru. Mr. Wallace has had the privilege of shaking down the fastest production cars in recent history, and his signature is a hot commodity.
