Bugatti Continues To Build Upon Their Already Incredible Customer Experience

The vehicles that Bugatti creates are downright masterpieces that need to be cherished and cared for so that generations to come can experience them for themselves. Aiding in this pursuit of care is Bugatti’s phenomenal customer experience that involves multiple programs and ensures that each of their customers is taken care of.

In the past few years, Bugatti has unveiled a few programs to build upon their customer experience. This includes the Passeport Tranquillité Service Program that allows owners of the Veyron and Chiron to extend their original service package by an additional two or four years. Yes, that includes the original Veyron models that are over 16-years-old. Bugatti also gives customers access to the complete Accessories Catalogue so that they can refresh their hypercar at any moment.

Now, in 2022, Bugatti is continuing to expand upon their customer experience even further. First up is that now a customer who is ordering a new Chiron can add additional service and warranty coverage for a single price. Additionally, Bugatti will soon be allowing for the purchase of Approved-Used Bugatti vehicles through their official dealer partners.

Each of these approved vehicles undergoes an extensive 110-point check from Bugatti-qualified techs. For those who purchased an approved Chiron, their hypercar will come with one annual service and a 12-month, bumper-to-bumper warranty. New owners of an Approved Veyron will receive a 12-month mechanical and electrical limited warranty.
