Over the weekend, European elites gathered in Italy to celebrate their creations. Placed among the grounds of the Villa d’Este, awards were given to several categories of new & classic cars. Bugatti CEO Stephan Winkelmann said ” The models that can be seen here every year are iconic and the setting in which they are displayed could not be better”. It must be true, because the Bugatti La Voiture Noir won the Elegance Contest.
This stunning machine was places in the Concept Cars category and the public was allowed to pick the winner. Of course it won, because it is a modern interpretation of the Type 57SC Atlantic. This one-off Bugatti Chiron was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, and it has already been sold. Although the body is finished, Bugatti has stated the drivetrain will take two years to finalize.
