Southern California’s golden hour serves as a backdrop to this golden masterpiece.
Bugatti is known for exemplifying the height of automotive luxury, innovation, style, performance, and craftsmanship, and the new W16 Mistral Roadster, limited to just 99 examples, is the latest example of that quality. The masterful creation is Bugatti’s final iteration of the W16 engine that Bugatti used to send shockwaves through the automotive industry 20 years ago with unmatched power and performance, and its exclusivity has made its mere presence a spectacle wherever it goes.
Its latest presentation, shown in a new Instagram post from Bugatti, was in southern California, specifically in Newport Beach at an event hosted by Bugatti Newport Beach. Shown near sunset, the example of the Mistral shown is finished in a special gold paint color called “Doré.” It’s been seen on a Bugatti before: specifically the one-off Bugatti Chiron Super Sport “Golden Era,” a car that commemorates the two decades of Bugatti dominating the hypercar landscape.
The Mistral was shown to Bugatti Newport Beach’s clients and VIPs, and all the event’s attendees got an up close and personal look at the Mistral’s radical design and impeccable engineering. Futuristic attributes like the aerodynamic features, the X-shaped taillight assembly, and others hint at the upcoming next chapter in Bugatti history, which is on the horizon.
At this stunning golden-hour event in which the Bugatti W16 Mistral was the equally-gilded masterpiece. The event celebrated Bugatti’s century-long history, its recent accomplishment, its incredible present, and its bright future, for which the entire automotive industry is anticipating.
