Preparing for an exceptional announcement in collaboration with the auction professionals at RM Sotheby’s, Bugatti took to its Instagram page to tease “an automotive solitaire that never hit production.”

Leaving collectors and enthusiasts wondering what lies underneath the car cover, the silhouette of a race-inspired hypercar is all that we are given for hints. As guesses for the Vision GT and Bolide fill the comment section, they yet to fit the description of a Bugatti model that was made but never went into production. The highly-anticipated release will be revealed on December 21st at 1 pm EST via Bugatti and RM Sotheby’s.
