It’s a battle between two hypercars: one hails from France, the other from Germany.
During the fourth annual Stars Rallye Télévie event in Europe, TheCaraf witnessed the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 take on the Porsche 918 Spyder hybrid hypercar. The race itself occurred at the Circuit of the Pole des Ardennes in France.

They thankfully uploaded a video of the race to YouTube Oct. 20, so the entire world can see the two automotive brutes face off against each other. You can see this video below.
