The V-LMDh is powered by Cadillac’s all-new LMC55R 5.5L DOHC V-8, paired with the LMDh designated hybrid system. Developed in-house with Cadillac engineers, the naturally aspirated racing engine is rated up to 670 horsepower, per series specifications, and managed by a quick-shifting seven-speed sequential gearbox. The final design of the all-new electric Cadillac V-LMDh prototypes will make their competition debut at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona on Saturday, January 28th.
