Electric Rolls-Royce 103EX Returns Home

The Rolls-Royce VISION NEXT 100, aka 103EX, has returned to its home in Goodwood. This stop is part of the concept car’s world tour that involved customer and media events.

Rolls-Royce 103EX was unveiled as a fully electric and autonomous concept car in 2016. Additionally, the 103EX contains what Rolls-Royce calls “enhanced artificial intelligence.” For Rolls-Royce, this car is a huge step forward as none of their current models contain autonomous technology.

Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars said: “As our first fully autonomous electric vehicle, 103EX was a huge statement of intent. In its technical innovation, it showed unequivocally that Rolls-Royce regards electric power as the future of automotive propulsion. It also demonstrated our radical vision of effortless, autonomous, connected, spacious and beautiful luxury mobility, with each car as individual as the customer themselves.”
