2020 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Revealed

The new 2020 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody is proof that four-door cars don’t have to be boring. This new widebody Dodge is set to be the most powerful and fastest mass-produced sedan in the world.

How fast and how powerful is the new 2020 Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody? Well, I’m glad you asked. Thanks to the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI Hellcat V8 engine, 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque is readily available. This power is sent through the standard Torqueflite eight-speed automatic transmission.

When pressed for urgency, it will run from 0 to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and complete a quarter-mile in 10.96 seconds. Dodge also notes that the Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody, has a top speed of 196 mph.

As for the new widebody package itself, which is standard on the Charger SRT Hellcat, adds 3.5-inches to the car’s width. This creates enough extra space for 20×11-inch wheels and 305/35ZR20 tires. It should also be mentioned that the widebody package can be ordered for the Charger Scat Pack.

Pricing has not been noted yet, but Dodge does say that orders will open in Fall 2019, with deliveries starting in early 2020.
