New Jersey Motorsports Park offers this experience along with plush amenities. Located in Millville, it is only 45 minutes from Philadelphia, 1 hour from Wilmington, and 2.5 hours from Manhattan. It is home to 2 world class tracks and a dedicated karting track. The campgrounds are large enough to host the SCCA Majors Tour. It has a concert space and “Chopper’s Hatchet House” an outdoor Axe Throwing experience.

The Finish Line Pub is open Thursday to Sunday, and it offers a wide variety of food along with a full bar. Outisde is the spacious pool with room for relaxing after a day on the track.

As a racer and collector, the convenience of having my cars there was a key selling point,” says Phase I ECG owner Jerry Raffa. “Since then, I’ve customized my 1,500 square foot garage to hold six cars and a lift, as well as adding a 500-square-foot loft, kitchenette, bath, and a deck where we have front row seats to all the races.”
Sure, there is nothing wrong with keeping your cars at home. But driving them on public roads is becoming more dangerous each day. At NJMP, they will have 24/7 surveillance, with protection from spinkler systems and a CO2 monitor. Upstairs, your living space will be built to order. Options include a home theater system, 2nd floor balcony, and kitchenette.
Current residents live & work in D.C., Philly, and around the NY Metro area. You can sit back and relax while watching the best in bikes, karts, SCCA, and F2000 go at it. Phase IV offers units ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet. Each garage door is large enough for a motorsports trailer or RV, but we don’t recommend racing them.
