September is almost here, and with it comes a fresh issue of the duPont REGISTRY. And, quite honestly, we can’t think of many better ways to kick off the fall season than with 740 hp of raging speed. On the cover of this issue is Lamborghini’s newest powerhouse and update to their most successful model ever: the Aventador LP 750-4 SuperVeloce, or, for short, the Aventador SV.
The production numbers for this powerful creation were released in April of this year, and within a short three month time span, every example had been claimed, with many placing orders before the official renderings were even released. Of course, it’s no surprise – the Aventador SV is the third fastest car to ever take on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, completing the entire track in just under seven minutes.
A few examples have begun making their way into the United States, and though sightings are still rare Lamborghini Boston, Lamborghini Las Vegas, Lamborghini Miami and St. Louis Motorcars will be on the front line for sales and sightings of the Aventador SV.
