Ferrari Names 2022 F1 Car “F1-75” After Its Diamond Anniversary

Ferrari celebrates its diamond anniversary by naming its newest F1 car.

Ferrari’s storied racing legacy continues, and the brand’s 68th racing car has been named the F1-75. That’s because Ferrari’s first car, the 125 S was built in March of 1947, and in 75 years, Ferrari has become one of the most important, sought after, and revolutionary brands in the world, let alone in the automotive and racing industries.

Formula One has been an integral part of Ferrari’s legacy for decades, and the newest F1-75 is a celebration of that legacy, and an optimistic move towards a future of racing success and making more history for Ferrari and Formula One as a whole. Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc will drive the F1-75, and the first race that the F1-75 will compete in will be at the Sakhir Circuit in Bahrain on March 20, with test sessions in Barcelona and Bahrain to begin in the coming weeks. As Ferrari continues to build its racing legacy, the brand looks forward to another year of making F1 history.
