From the collection of Mr. Barry Amsdell, Boca Raton, Florida. Purchased in 2020 from a private seller in York, Nebraska, who according to a Nebraska certificate of title, purchased the Cobra in 1981 with 10,600 actual miles. Records indicate work done by Mike McClusky, McCluskey Ltd, Torrance, California in 2019 and an inspection of the Cobra by Michael McCluskey for Mr. Amsdell in December 2020. A letter dated 12-5-20 from Michael McCluskey to Mr. Amsdell “Re: Inspection of 289 Cobra CSX 2354” accompanies the Lot. No other service records are available. Since the 2020 purchase, the Cobra, as with the rest of the collection, has been stored and on display in Mr. Amsdell’s Boca Raton commercial garage as seen in the photos shown here.
