With Scottsdale in the books, Barrett-Jackson’s 2023 auction season is in full swing.

For car enthusiasts and collectors, few things are more exciting and intense than a car auction with amazing vehicles, and at Barrett-Jackson’s 2023 Scottsdale Auction, that’s exactly what went down. With an incredible attendance number of over 300,000, 9 figures in total sales, and some amazing million-dollar cars on offer, this year’s Scottsdale auction was a show to remember, and for Barrett-Jackson, a successful 2023 is only just getting started.

The highest seller in the 9-day auction was a 1989 Ferrari F40, selling for an amazing $2.75 million, followed by a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT which sold for $,595,000, which was then followed by a 2019 Ford GT Lightweight Carbon series and a 2020 Ford GT Carbon Series both selling for $1.32 million, and then by a 1966 Shelby Group II Mustang, originally built for Ken Miles, a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible, and a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 which all sold for $770,000, rounding out the top five with a three-way tie. The auction also raised $1.89 million for charity, primarily through the sale of the first, VIN 001 GMC HUMMER EV SUV for $500,000. For Barrett-Jackson and the world’s automotive enthusiasts, a great auction is behind, and a great 2023 auction year is ahead.
