After 35 years in business, Mecum Auctions shattered records with explosive success in Indianapolis.

Dana Mecum’s Original Spring Classic auction at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis has become a staple event in the automotive auction world. This past one was held coinciding with Mecum’s 35th anniversary as an auction house, but that was far from the only celebration to be had. That’s because the auction was an incredible and record-setting success, selling a total of $126.5 million with over 90% of lots being sold. This represents an 18% increase over the last Indianapolis auction, and it’s thanks to having some incredible, rare, and unique cars available that are part of amazing stories and collections.
