Want a new Ford GT but prefer the first generation? This is about as close as you’ll get.
The first-generation Ford GT is becoming more sought after as the years pass and it gets closer and closer to becoming a true American classic. While the vast majority of GTs have been put through their paces, there are still a few examples that are in pristine condition and look as though they had just rolled off of the production line. This is all thanks to collectors who chose to keep their prized American supercars in the garage as opposed to on the streets.
One such example of a pristine Ford GT is up for sale at Sarchione Auto Gallery. Finished in Mark IV Red with an Ebony Black interior, this 2006 GT shows just 50 miles on its odometer. Upon close inspection, one will notice that the plastic is still on the steering wheel and door sills and that it is truly in immaculate condition. This Ford GT was stored in a climate-controlled garage and is a one-owner example.
