Introducing the new Ford Bronco R race prototype, a new SUV that was developed by Ford Performance and Geiser Bros Design and Development and Baja 1000 Trophy Truck champion Cameron Steele.
Ford notes that the Bronco R acts as a tribute to Rod Hall’s Baja 1000 win 50 years ago. His overall victory in the Bronco is one that no other 4×4 has replicated since. For the celebratory Bronco R, Ford wrapped it in a livery that was inspired by Hall’s winning vehicle.
The Bronco R is also a hint as to what to expect when the production Bronco is revealed next spring.
