The SEMA Show brings together specialty equipment manufacturers, aftermarket parts suppliers, and custom builders from all over, showcasing the latest trends and innovations in the industry. Built by the Genaddi Design Group at the request of Ford Executive Kip Ewing, four special edition 2005 Ford GTX1s were built to commemorate the legendary automotive event. The professionals at Chicago Motor Cars are excited to feature one of the ultra-rare 2005 Ford GTX1 SEMA-Edition examples as part of their inventory of exclusive exotics for sale on duPont REGISTRY.

The factory-modified Ford GT features the GTX1 Package (SEMA Edition), which showcases a stunning Valencia Yellow finish with Titanium Silver racing stripes. While the body style is reminiscent of a stock Ford GT, the GTX1 includes upgrades like a carbon fiber aero package, removable soft top roof, GTX1 two-tone wheels, redesigned rear clamshell, and much more.

Inside the Ford GTX1 SEMA Edition, a driver-focused cabin highlights a subtle black leather interior fitted with a pair of custom Sparco bucket seats. Ebony Black leather upholstery and satin-finished aluminum layer the interior trim components, giving it a motorsport look and feel. The tasteful modifications diversify the GTX1 from all other Ford GTs while remaining somewhat stock.

Beneath the exposed rear clamshell hood is a modified 5.7L Supercharged 8-Cylinder engine, producing 700+ horsepower to the rear wheels. The Ford GTX1 uses a 6-speed manual transmission to manage all the extra power because of its performance upgrades. With only 136 miles on the odometer, this 1-of-4 SEMA Edition 2005 Ford GTX1 from Chicago Motor Cars is currently for sale on duPont REGISTRY by clicking the link below.
