The automotive industry is buzzing with anticipation as Infiniti gets set to debut its exciting new design language with the QX Monograph concept during the 2023 Pebble Beach Automotive Week. This groundbreaking event is more than a mere unveiling; it marks a significant turning point for Infiniti, signaling a bold evolution in their approach to vehicle design.

Making its global debut, the Infiniti QX Monograph concept showcases the future direction of the automaker’s styling language. The vehicle’s robust proportions and striking design elements are captivating, hinting at what’s to come. Particular attention has been drawn to the evolution of Infiniti’s double-arched grille and the innovative “digital piano key” lighting.

The grand reveal is set to take place at 10 a.m. on August 17 on the Concours awards ramp at The Lodge at Pebble Beach. Press conference attendees will get a rare, up-close look at the concept’s styling features, guided by Alfonso Albaisa, senior vice president of global design, and joined by other Infniti executives such as Craig Keeys, group vice president of Infiniti Americas.

Infiniti’s participation in the 2023 Pebble Beach Automotive Week doesn’t end with the QX Monograph. They will also be taking center stage at the Japanese Automotive Invitational (JAI). JAI offers an incredible array of Japanese vehicles, including the unveiling of highly detailed quarter-scale design models from Nissan Motor Co. These fascinating models were instrumental in previewing future model designs, reflecting incredible fidelity and detail before the widespread use of CAD and 3D graphics. Four such models, including the 1916 DAT 41, 1966 Prince Skyline 2000-GTB, 1970 Nissan Skyline H/T, and 1995 Nissan Skyline GT-R, will be shown publicly at JAI, a first in automotive history.

A highlight of the event will undoubtedly be the showcase of some of Infiniti’s current models, such as the new QX Monograph concept, the QX60 luxury crossover, and the thrilling Q50 RED SPORT. The latter features a stunning, color-changing iridescent paint scheme matching the legendary Midnight Purple seen on the 1995 Skyline GT-R model.

This year’s Pebble Beach Automotive Week is not just a showcase of cars; it’s a celebration of innovation, design evolution, and a look into the future of luxury vehicles. With the debut of the QX Monograph concept, Infiniti is poised to lead the way, challenging the boundaries of design and setting new standards for elegance and sophistication in the automotive world.
