Automobili Lamborghini has announced an impressive milestone with record-breaking sales, turnover, and profitability for the first half of 2023. The United States has become the brand’s largest single market, delivering a total of 1,625 cars, representing a 7% increase versus the same period in 2022. The sales of Lamborghini’s V10-powered Huracáns, including the race-inspired Huracán STO, and Huracán Tecnica, increased a staggering 62%. The all-terrain Huracán Sterrato also joined the line-up, with deliveries starting in July. Lamborghini’s growth in the U.S. market is further supported by its strong and expanding dealer network. This year’s success also marked the brand entering the second phase of a massive $2.09 billion investment program aimed at reducing emissions by 50% by 2028. The first step in Lamborghini’s electric era was the launch of its first V12 HPEV, the Revuelto.

The CEO of Automobili Lamborghini Americas, Andrea Baldi, proudly acknowledged the record-breaking first-half results, highlighting the strong demand as the brand celebrates 60 years and moves towards hybridizing the full model line-up by 2024. Lamborghini’s commitment to delivering the best possible experience for its customers is clear as it follows the Direzione Cor Tauri strategy. California, with its vibrant community and car culture, continues to lead the U.S. market, contributing 25% of total sales. Florida and the Tri-State Area follow, representing 19% and 14% respectively. With continued growth, innovative dealership designs, and a commitment to electric mobility, Automobili Lamborghini is not just maintaining its position as a leader in the luxury automotive market, but it’s shaping the future of supercars and hypercars.
