In their latest press release, their initial targets are 1,000 masks and 200 face shields per day. Distribution will be handled by the Sant’Orsola-Malpighi Hospital in Bologna along with the University of Bologna. 3D printers normally loaded with carbon fiber are now using cotton fiber to fight this insidious enemy.
