Everyone has been speculating that the upcoming Lamborghini Aventador would be called the Aventador SVJ, but it’s been pure hearsay… until now. Lamborghini has released a new video that’s titled “Aventador SVJ meets the Nürburgring” and it seems to be the first time Lamborghini has used that model name. Therefore, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is official, it’s on the way and something special happened during its time at Nürburgring Nordschleife. I’m betting on a new production car lap record.

In the video, we get glimpses of the Aventador SVJ racing by and even a shot of the speedometer reading 331 kmh. That equates to 206 mph. That’s blindingly fast for a Nürburgring run.
