McLaren Automotive has announced their new race car, the 720S GT3. With McLaren having released GT3 versions of all of the 720S’ predecessors, we all knew this was coming. The concept sketches featured in this article are of a car that McLaren will develop in a new dedicated facility in their hometown of Woking, England. McLaren will run the 720S GT3 in a development program in the 2018 season and push it for a competitive debut that includes customer teams for the 2019 season.
