There’s no way you’ll be able to miss this orange McLaren P1 in daytime or nighttime.
The McLaren P1 has been seen in just about every color of the rainbow since it started being delivered to customers in 2013. From Deadmau5’s blue P1, to a purple one in Scotland, McLaren Special Operations (MSO) has shown off their ability to create a model personalized exactly to the owners’ tastes.
AutomotiveMike captured one very special P1 during the Modena Motorsport Trackdays back in June and just uploaded a fantastic video of the car Oct. 18.
Its all-orange body is quite the sight, making the hypercar resemble a more aerodynamic and faster relative of the orange. But, there’s one little detail that gets me about this P1, and it’s the little kiwi on its side sill. This little detail is an homage to the legendary Bruce McLaren, who was born in Auckland, New Zealand.
