Right after celebrating his first victory in the NTT IndyCar Series, Pato O’Ward was taken to the famous Willow Springs Raceway in California. The reason behind the trip? To absolutely rip a McLaren 620R around the track. He was able to take advantage of the street-legal race car’s twin-turbo V8 which produces a monstrous 611 bhp and 457 lb-ft of torque. Those power figures make the 620R the most powerful Sports Series model ever created. What’s more, the 620R features aerodynamics components found on the 570S GT4, as well as many other upgrades that make it a monster on the track. See it in action for yourself in the video up above.
