New Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV Revealed As The First Maybach EV

Celebrated all over the world and in pop culture for its unabashedly opulent luxury creations, the Maybach name has been attached to some of the most desirable cars ever made. Now in the form of Mercedes-Maybach, the name represents the most luxurious models that the Mercedes-Benz umbrella has to offer, and with the reveal of the new Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV, the historic name has revealed its first-ever all-electric model.

The ultra-luxe electric SUV boasts all of the signature trappings that Mercedes-Maybach aficionados are accustomed to, like two-tone paintwork, advanced rear seat entertainment, natural wood trim, standard Maybach Exclusive Nappa leather upholstery, and even the Chauffeur package in the rear, which adds to rear sets which are already heated, ventilated, and massaging the ability for the front passenger seat to move forward in order for the rear seat to recline. Also, the First-Class Rear includes a console specifically designed for the Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV, with available folding tables, a cooling compartment, and champagne glasses. A special fragrance: Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV. No. 12 MOOD Ebony, was created exclusively for the new vehicle as well.

In this new SUV, traditional luxury combines with futuristic technology, with driving perks like the MBUX Hyperscreen, a specific MAYBACH driving mode for ultimate comfort, and incredible Burmester 4D Sound with 15 speakers and Dolby Atmos capability, and on the opposite end, incredible quiet with electric driving and extensive noise reduction measures. However, the new vehicle’s zero-emissions electric driving reflects environmental consciousness, as well, and to further that end, the model features sustainably-processed, vegetable-tanned leather for the first time in the Mercedes-Benz family, combining high leather quality with low environmental impact. With the goal of defining the future of luxury, Maybach has officially entered its electric era with the new Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV.
