The growing market for electric transportation is quickly shifting from automotive manufacturing into other areas and industries that find similar benefits making the switch. The two-wheel specialists at Triumph Motorcycles are proud to enter phase three of its Project Triumph TE-1, which translates to revealing its first electric motorcycle prototype. The UK-based motorcycle brand is passionate about blending sportbike design with an efficient electric performance, ultimately creating UK electric motorcycle capabilities. The frame design of the TE-1 features a futuristic street fighter-style that incorporates inspiration from the iconic Street Triple-R model.

Along with relying on the historic craftsmanship from Triumph, Project Triumph TE-1 also enlists help from industry leaders like Ohlins and Brembo. Williams Advanced Engineering is responsible for the final iteration of the prototype WAE battery pack. The high-tech platform incorporates dedicated cell packaging for optimum center of gravity, vehicle control unit, DC-DC converter, integrated cooling, charge port, and styled carbon covers. Although specs and pricing have yet to be released, the all-new Project Triumph TE-1 is sure to be an anticipated release for any rider or two-wheel enthusiasts.
