The legend returns.
After a very long break, the DeLorean Motor Company is back with an all-new model. While the vehicle doesn’t have a name, we do have a teaser image and the date that we will finally be able to see the new DeLorean car. As far as the image goes, you can see the full-size teaser down below. In it, we see a sliver of the rear with three horizontal stripes of LED lights that make up the taillight. Also, the rear window features louvers just like the original DMC-12.
The physical reveal will happen on August 18, 2022, on the prestigious Awards Ramp at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance — 3 days earlier than previously scheduled (originally scheduled on August 21 on the Concept Lawn).
“Excitement is rising like the doors of our iconic sports car, and we are revealing the next generation prototype 3 days earlier than planned on the most prestigious stage at Pebble beach,” said Troy Beetz, CMO of DeLorean Motor Company Inc.
