Last weekend in England, a privateer AMG team earned Mercedes their 500th trophy. not just a Podium Finish, this is Victory Lane for the Mercedes-AMG GT3. Having had ample seat time in the AMG GT R Black Series, its easy to understand this achievement.
On the dash is a dial. It offers 13 modes of ABS and stability control. This allows the GT3 to adapt to every corner, at every track. The feeling of hitting 1.1G in Mr. duPont’s SLS AMG Roadster was unlike any other, and I sold my Corvette the week after.
