Mercedes-Benz Chief Design Officer Gorden Wagener is the man behind the collaboration with the German automobile manufacturer and Virgil Abloh. The friendship has grown during the time spent with each other on the most recent Project Geländewagen. One that has resulted in congratulatory gifts, that behind a custom set of Mercedes-Benz driving gloves designed by the head creator of Louis Vuitton. Them gloves are an unreleased product that has been appearing on Instagram pages through acquaintances of Virgil, one other being American model ASAP Nast. It goes to show that Virgil Abloh thinks outside the box when working on collaboration projects in the most meticulous ways. We will be keeping a close eye to find out whose hands the other 20 pairs made it to.
