When you have a subject like the Pagani Huayra BC, you’re bound to have a gorgeous photoshoot. But when you have a camera as advanced as Phase One’s XF 100MP, the photoshoot is going to be taken to the next level.
Over the past few days, Pagani and Phase One have been sharing photos and videos of the Huayra BC taking over New York City. The reason being was Richard Thomspon, an automotive photographer, was capturing the hypercar for advertisement purposes.
“The reason we used the XF 100MP for this shoot is because this is simply speaking the most advanced, highest resolution, sharpest camera system you can lay hands on. This is an advertising shoot and those are all merits that are very important.” – Richard Thompson
The car was shot underneath the train tracks, under the supervision of the police and Luca Venturi, Global PR and Communication manager at Pagani Automobili. According to Jake Mills, who helped set up the shoot, the police were necessary due to the area not being a very safe part of town.
