The Pininfarina Battista made its production-ready European debut in stunning fashion.

At the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Lake Como, Italy, just a few hours from Automobili Pininfarina’s production facility, a bespoke spec of the Battista made its debut. Donning a Verde Paradiso metallic paint with a Tan leather interior, this unique Pininfarina Battista wowed the crowd and actually took home the prestigious Design Award at the event. The combination of the paintwork with the Black Exposed Signature Carbon bodywork and the luxurious cabin was clearly a winning combination.

“We took a unique Battista to Villa d’Este to showcase the diverse color and material choices that our discerning clients can choose from when personalizing their vehicle,” said Luca Borgogno, Automobili Pininfarina Chief Design Officer. “To win the Design Award is a fantastic way for us to begin the countdown to making our first customer deliveries later this year.”

This news is certainly exciting, what’s even more exciting is Automobili Pininfarina noting that the first Battista customers will be taking delivery of their electric hypercars from the end of this year. Having seen a pre-production example of the Battista myself, I can say that while the pictures are amazing, it’s breathtaking to see in person.
